Tell me more about the refund policy. I have no interest in taking your money unless the picks are profitable. Period. Plain and simple. Unless the picks package achieves 55% or better over the course of the package’s lifespan, then you get a full refund. It doesn’t matter when you purchase, the hit rate we follow is over the course of the entire package’s lifespan. If you pay weekly for NFL picks, and you started paying during week 3 when the model was at 60%, but by the end of the season the model falls below 55%, you get your money back when the regular season concludes. If you pay for the picks before the sweet 16 and prior to your purchase the model was 60% but then falls to 55% when the tournament concludes, you may have gotten picks that were under 55% but the lifespan hit rate was still 55% or better, so no refund. All of our previous testing cleared 55% substantially, so hopefully this is never an issue.

How do I receive my picks? Email, usually 1-2 hours before the games. It’s important to get the actives and inactives data for the model. March madness comes out in batches throughout the day, usually similar 1-2 hours before tip.
